The experienced diamond blade or core bit user knows initial price is only one of the many factors that determines the true cost of the product.  A lesser quality blade or core bit that cuts too slowly or wears too quickly will generate additional labor, downtime and material expenses that, when added to the initial purchase price, makes the “bargain” product more expensive to use than a higher quality blade or bit.  For this reason, the knowledgeable user will insist on high quality products to insure the lowest cutting, sawing or drilling cost possible.
